This former hotel will soon be renovated into a radiant multifamily affordable housing complex as part of the State of California’s Homekey program. The site will be transformed from a commercial structure into a residence that better blends into the community.
Intended specifically for chronically homeless and homeless individuals; in addition to housing, residents are provided an array of supportive serivces aimed at helping them maintain housing.
