AFH’s property management team is dedicated to ensuring that our rental communities are not only welcoming and friendly but also foster an environment where all tenants may thrive in quiet enjoyment. Our overarching vision is for every AFH property to stand out as the nicest on the block. To achieve this, our portfolio strategy places a strong emphasis on investing in major capital needs such as roofs, while also taking proactive steps to “green” our portfolio. This includes the integration of solar panels wherever feasible and transitioning our landscaping to low-water native plants to promote sustainability.

In our pursuit of well-run communities, we employ a variety of tools and approaches. These include meticulously crafted lease agreements and house rules, regular site visits to ensure maintenance standards are met, and proactive maintenance measures to address issues promptly.
