Oasis Apartments

Oasis is financed with State of California Homekey funding. American Family Housing and National Core partnered to renovate a former 3 story motel into a 63 unit complex intended for individuals exiting homelessness. Residents have access to on-site amenities, such as a community building, interior court yard, improved outdoor communal spaces, dog run, fitness area and outdoor sitting area.

62 units are intended for individuals exiting homelessness. The programing for the site includes supportive services provided by American Family Housing.
