North Harbor Anaheim

American Family Housing, in partnership with Linc Housing and the City of Anaheim is in the process of converting the former Studio Six Extended Stay into 87 units of permanent supportive housing.

While this site undergoes renovation in phases, it will house residents who started moving into their new homes in October 2022. Currently, interim housing, this Homekey community, named North Harbor Anahem, will transition to permanent housing in the future.

North Harbor Anaheim is part of the City of Anahem’s ongoing work to address homelessness and has the distinction of being 1) Anaheim’s first motel conversion under California’s Homekey program, 2) Anaheim’s second motel conversion after Buena Esperanza in 2021, 3) Anaheim’s 15th entirely affordable housing community

Well situated close to community amenities such as parks and retail and transit, residents will also have access to comprehensive supportive services on-site  as well as on-site community space and laundry facilities
