About

The new community, developed by American Family Housing in partnership with the County of Orange, the City of Costa Mesa, and the City of Newport Beach, is set to open in late 2025. It will offer 76 brand-new, fully renovated rental homes for households at risk of homelessness or transitioning out of homelessness. The redesigned community will feature modern design, ample indoor and outdoor spaces, parking, and convenient access to transportation routes and shopping areas.

The property management team from AFH will oversee the community, aiming to create a welcoming and friendly environment that fosters peace and allows all tenants to thrive. The management team will use carefully crafted lease agreements and house rules, conduct regular site visits to ensure maintenance standards are met, and take proactive measures to address any issues promptly.

AFH will offer services in this private, affordable rental community with a philosophy that emphasizes community, connection, and joy. For eligible households interested, AFH will provide a comprehensive range of services to facilitate connections to physical, behavioral, dental, developmental, and social services, making it easier to access the right services at the right time.
