Isla Intersections

Situated in Harbor Gateway at the intersection of Broadway and Imperial Highway, Isla Intersections is 53 new one-bedroom supportive housing units. Isla Intersections was chosen as a winner of the 2021 Sustainability Awards, recognizing excellence in coordinating land use and transportation to improve mobility, livability, prosperity and sustainability.

Utilizing innovative construction methods in the form of shipping containers, the community embraces the community and the environment surrounding with a public space named the Annenberg Paseo.
