AFH is in Southern California providing services in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernadino counties.
AFH provides housing and an array of support services necessary to help vulnerable populations recover from the long-term effects of homelessness. Learn more – About Us. In addition to the continuum of housing offered, AFH’s services target at-risk populations, such as veterans, families with a disabled household member and vulnerable adults with barriers to housing stability such as mental illness.
AFH provides housing and services to women, men and children, but receives all of its client referrals directly from OC 2-11. Assistance can be obtained by simply dialing 2-11 from any Orange County area code or by visiting http://www.211oc.org/get-help/online-help-request.html
