Rental Rehabilitation Project with the City of Westminster

This rehabilitation project consisted of improvements and repairs to a five-bedroom home in the City of Westminster, California. Work included new and improved fencing, walkways, steps, patio, landscaping, lighting, painting, HVAC updates, termite fumigation and wood repairs, insulation, re-stucco, and kitchen and plumbing updates. This development was set up for five bedrooms to be rented out as part of HUD’s HOME Program.
