Potter’s Lane is a new innovative permanent housing project by American Family Housing, designed to help join the revolution in bringing an end to chronic homelessness among our nation’s veterans.
Located in Midway City, Potter’s Lane is an energy-efficient and sustainable housing site utilizing modified-steel shipping containers. Set for completion in 2016, Potter’s Lane will be comprised of 16 units, offer both indoor and outdoor spaces, with beautiful gardens and native plants to provide a sustainable environment that soothes the soul. Through tranquil common areas, residents will interact with each other and help build a sense of community. Bleak as this may sound, there is still hope, and AFH plans to take the lead with Potter’s Lane.”
